✧ We prayed the Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of God ﷺ. Then we said: If only we sat until we pray Isha with him. So we sat, and he came out to us and said: "You are still here?" We said: Yes, we prayed Maghrib, then we said: We will pray Isha with you. He said: "You have done well," and he raised his head to the sky, and he often raised his head to the sky, and said: The stars are a trust for the inhabitants of the sky; when the stars go, the inhabitants of the sky will receive what they are promised. I am a trust for my Companions; when I go, my Companions will receive what they are promised. My Companions are a trust for my community; when my Companions go, my community will receive what they are promised.

machine translationḤusayn al-Juʿfī narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Muḥammad b. Khalaf al-Taymī, a Kūfan, blind, a shaykh, narrated it from Ḥusayn al-Juʿfī, from Muḥammad b. Sūqah, from Saʿīd b. Abī ʿArūbah, from his father, from Abū Mūsā. Others narrate it from Ḥusayn al-Juʿfī, from Mujammiʿ b. Yaḥyā al-Anṣārī, from Saʿīd b. Abī Burdah, from his father, from Abū Mūsā, and this is the correct (ṣaḥīḥ) version.
