حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْجُنْدَيْسَابُورِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي هَوْذَةَ الرَّازِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ يَعْنِي الْمَاصِرَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَيِّعَانِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ، فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ، أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْبَيْعَ
