✧ The first hadith of Alqamah, from Abdullah b. Mas'ud, from the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: نَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
إِذَا شَكَكْتَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ فَأَعِدْ، وَإِذَا شَكَكْتَ فِي التَّطَوُّعِ فَاسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ، قَالَ: فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ فَقَالَ: مَا تَصْنَعُ بِهَذَا ؟

✧ If you have doubt in the obligatory prayer, repeat it; and if you have doubt in the voluntary prayer, prostrate twice. He said: I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he said: "What do you do with this?"
