✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked me to recite Surat al-Nisa' to him while he was on the pulpit, so I recited. When I reached: "So how [will it be] when We bring from every nation a witness and We bring you as a witness against these?" his eyes welled up and he said: "Whoever is pleased to recite the Quran fresh as it was revealed, let him recite it according to the recitation of Ibn Umm 'Abd."
