✧ While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, some youths from Banu Hashim passed by, and his eyes brimmed with tears. We said: "O Messenger of Allah, we keep seeing something in your face that we dislike." He said: "We are a household for whom Allah has chosen the Hereafter over this world, and the people of my household will face after me dispossession and expulsion in the lands until Allah raises a people from here"—and he gestured with his hand toward the east—"who will ask for the truth and not be given it, then ask for the truth and not be given it three times, then they will fight and prevail until they hand it over to a man who will fill it with justice just as it was filled with oppression. Whoever of you lives to see that, let him go to him even if crawling over snow."
