✧ The first hadith of Alqamah, from Abdullah b. Mas'ud, from the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: نَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
أَنَّهُ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ خَمْسًا، فَقِيلَ: أَزِيدَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ؟ فَقَالَ: النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " وَمَا ذَاكَ ؟ "، قَالُوا: إِنَّكَ صَلَّيْتَ خَمْسًا، فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ بَعْدَمَا سَلَّمَ

✧ He prayed Zuhr with five (rak'ahs). It was said: 'Has something been added to the prayer?' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'What is that?' They said: 'You prayed five.' So he prostrated twice after having said the salam.
