حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ إِلْيَاسَ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَّانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، يَقُولُ:

إِنَّ اللهَ طَيِّبٌ يُحِبُّ الطَّيِّبَ نَظِيفٌ يُحِبُّ النَّظَافَةَ كَرِيمٌ يُحِبُّ الْكَرَمَ جَوَادٌ يُحِبُّ الْجُودَ فَنَظِّفُوا أَفْنِيَتَكُمْ وَسَاحَاتِكُمْ وَلَا تَشَبَّهُوا بِالْيَهُودِ، يَجْمَعُونَ الْأَكْبَاءَ فِي دُورِهِمْ

✧ Indeed Allah is Good and loves goodness, Clean and loves cleanliness, Generous and loves generosity, Magnanimous and loves magnanimity. So clean your courtyards and open spaces, and do not imitate the Jews, who gather refuse in their homes.
