وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ اشْتَكَى عَيْنَيْهِ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَكْحُلَهَا، فَأَمَرَ أَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ أَنْ يُضَمِّدَهَا بِصَبِرٍ، وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ حَدَّثَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ
