✧ The expiation of one who comes to his wife during the daytime of Ramadan while fasting

( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّعْدِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ؛ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ أَخْبَرَهُ؛ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ؛ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ؛ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ ؓ تُحَدِّثُ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ احْتَرَقَ، فَسَأَلَهُ مَا لَهُ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي فِي رَمَضَانَ، قَالَتْ: فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمِكْتَلٍ يُدْعَى الْعَرَقَ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ: " أَيْنَ الْمُحْتَرِقُ ؟ " فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ: تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا.
