✧ The expiation of one who comes to his wife during the daytime of Ramadan while fasting

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلَكْتُ، قَالَ: " وَمَا ذَاكَ ؟ " قَالَ: أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي فِي رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ: أَتَجِدُ رَقَبَةً ؟ قَالَ: لَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: " أَفَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ ؟ " قَالَ: لَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: " أَفَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُطْعِمَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا ؟ " قَالَ: لَا أَجِدُهُ، قَالَ: فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، قَالَ: " اذْهَبْ فَتَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا "، فَقَالَ: عَلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنِّي، وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَحْوَجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَّا، قَالَ: فَضَحِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ قَالَ: " اذْهَبْ بِهِ إِلَى أَهْلِكَ
