( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي شَيْبَانُ وَجَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعَلَى الْمَمْلُوكِ زَكَاةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، فَقُلْتُ: عَلَى مَنْ هِيَ ؟ فَقَالَ: عَلَى مَالِكِهِ
