أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْعُمَرِيِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي مَالِ الْعَبْدِ، وَلَا الْمُكَاتَبِ زَكَاةٌ
