قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ ثُمَّ مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي كَاتَبَ وَتَرَكَ رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِلنِّسَاءِ مِنْ وَلَاءِ الْمُكَاتَبِ شَيْءٌ وَالْمِيرَاثُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَعْنِي الرِّجَالَ وَالنِّسَاءَ
