قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَا:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُكَاتِبُ مَمْلُوكَهُ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ وَيَتْرُكُ بَنِينَ رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً فَيُؤَدِّي الْمُكَاتَبُ إِلَيْهِمْ كِتَابَتَهُ، قَالَا: الْوَلَاءُ لِلرِّجَالِ دُونَ النِّسَاءِ
