قَالَ وَأَنْبَأَ ) ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تُوُفِّيَ وَتَرَكَ مُكَاتَبًا فَأَعْتَقَ الْوَرَثَةُ الْمُكَاتَبَ بِمَا يُصِيبُهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ، لِمَنِ الْوَلَاءُ ؟ قَالَ لِلْمُكَاتَبِ الْمَيِّتِ
