( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:

دَعَا عُمَرُ ؓ الْقَافَةَ فِي رَجُلَيْنِ اشْتَرَكَا فِي امْرَأَةٍ ادَّعَى كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا الْوَلَدَ فَقَالُوا اشْتَرَكَا فِيهِ فَجَعَلَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ بَيْنَهُمَا
