( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ عَنْ مُبَارَكِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ

فِي رَجُلَيْنِ وَطِئَا جَارِيَةً فِي طُهْرٍ وَاحِدٍ فَجَاءَتْ بِغُلَامٍ فَارْتَفَعَا إِلَى عُمَرَ ؓ فَدَعَا لَهُ ثَلَاثَةً مِنَ الْقَافَةِ فَاجْتَمَعُوا عَلَى أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَخَذَ الشَّبَهَ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا وَكَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ قَائِفًا يَقُوفُ فَقَالَ قَدْ كَانَتِ الْكَلْبَةُ يَنُزُو عَلَيْهَا الْكَلْبُ الْأَسْوَدُ وَالْأَصْفَرُ وَالْأَنْمَرُ فَتُؤَدِّي إِلَى كُلِّ كَلْبٍ شَبَهَهُ وَلَمْ أَكُنْ أَرَى هَذَا فِي النَّاسِ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُ هَذَا فَجَعَلَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ لَهُمَا يَرِثَانِهِ وَيَرِثُهُمَا وَهُوَ لِلْبَاقِي مِنْهُمَا
