وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرُ حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ (، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى:

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا الْبَيِّنَةَ أَنَّهُ لَهُ فَجَعَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ
