( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ:
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا دَابَّةً فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ فَجَعَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ
