( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ قَالَ أُنْبِئْتُ
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ وَنَزَعَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ فَجَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا
