أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُمَحِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ
