( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ قَالَ: الْحُجَّةُ فِيهِ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُجَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ:
أَنَّ رُكَانَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، ثُمَّ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي الْبَتَّةَ وَاللهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلَّا وَاحِدَةً فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: وَاللهِ مَا أَرَدْتَ إِلَّا وَاحِدَةً ؟ !. فَقَالَ رُكَانَةُ: وَاللهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلَّا وَاحِدَةً فَرَدَّهَا إِلَيْهِ
