أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ، أَنْبَأَ مُعَاذُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، ثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ثَنَا عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ:

اخْتَصَمَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَأَنَّ أَحَدَهُمَا تَهَاوَنَ بِبَعْضِ حُجَّتِهِ لَمْ يُبْلِغْ فِيهَا، فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْآخَرِ فَقَالَ الْمُتَهَاوِنُ بِحُجَّتِهِ: حَسْبِيَ اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: " حَسْبِيَ اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ ". يُحَرِّكُ يَدَهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا قَالَ: اطْلُبْ حَقَّكَ حَتَّى تَعْجَزَ، فَإِذَا عَجَزْتَ فَقُلْ: حَسْبِيَ اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ؛ فَإِنَّمَا يُقْضَى بَيْنَكُمْ عَلَى حُجَّتِكُمْ
