أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - ؓ
سَمِعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَجُلًا يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ فَقَالَ: لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ، مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاللهِ فَلْيَصْدُقْ، وَمَنْ حُلِفَ لَهُ بِاللهِ فَلْيَرْضَ، وَمَنْ حُلِفَ لَهُ بِاللهِ فَلَمْ يَرْضَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللهِ
