( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْعَبْدَوِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ مُجَالِدٌ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ شُرَيْحٌ يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النِّسْوَةِ عَلَى الِاسْتِهْلَالِ، وَمَا لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ
