( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ: إِنِّي لَأَقْضِي لَكَ، وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ ظَالِمًا، وَلَكِنْ لَا يَسَعُنِي إِلَّا أَنْ أَقْضِيَ بِمَا يَحْضُرُنِي مِنَ الْبَيِّنَةِ، وَإِنَّ قَضَائِي لَا يُحِلُّ لَكَ حَرَامًا
