أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَوَاحَةَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَيْهَمَ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِلَى النَّاسِ: اجْعَلُوا النَّاسَ عِنْدَكُمْ فِي الْحَقِّ سَوَاءً قَرِيبُهُمْ كَبَعِيدِهِمْ، وَبَعِيدُهُمْ كَقَرِيبِهِمْ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالرِّشَا، وَالْحُكْمَ بِالْهَوَى، وَأَنْ تَأْخُذُوا النَّاسَ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ، فَقُومُوا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَوْ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ
