( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ زُفَرَ بْنِ وَثِيمَةَ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُسْتَقَادَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، أَوْ يُنْشَدَ فِيهِ، أَوْ تُقَامَ فِيهِ الْحُدُودُ
