( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الْإِمَامُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ الْبَيَاضِيُّ، ثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، حَدَّثَنِي طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا، لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ، فَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا، لَا يُطِيقُهُ، فَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
