أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِلَالٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:

بَعَثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ؓ عَلَى الْعُشُورِ، فَقُلْتُ: تَبْعَثُنِي عَلَى الْعُشُورِ مِنْ بَيْنِ غُلُمِكَ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَلَا تَرْضَى أَنْ أَجْعَلَكَ عَلَى مَا جَعَلَنِي عَلَيْهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ - ؓ ؟ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ رُبُعَ الْعُشْرِ، وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ، وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ الْعُشْرَ
