أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَسْلَمَ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ ضَرَبَ لِلْيَهُودِ، وَالنَّصَارَى، وَالْمَجُوسِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ إِقَامَةَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ يَتَسَوَّقُونَ بِهَا وَيَقْضُونَ حَوَائِجَهُمْ، وَلَا يُقِيمُ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثِ لَيَالٍ
