( قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ) بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ - ؓ
كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَإِلَى عُمَّالِهِ؛ أَنْ لَا يُقِيمُوا حَدًّا عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي أَرْضِ الْحَرْبِ حَتَّى يَخْرُجُوا إِلَى أَرْضِ الْمُصَالَحَةِ.
