فَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: لَمَّا قَامَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ مِلْكٌ، وَلَسْنَا بِنَازِعِي مِنْ يَدِ رَجُلٍ شَيْئًا أَسْلَمَ عَلَيْهِ، وَلَكِنَّا نُقَوِّمُهُمُ الْمِلَّةَ خَمْسًا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ
