قَالَ وَأَنْبَأَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: قَالَ

فِي الْمَوْلَى يَنْكِحُ الْأَمَةَ: يُسْتَرَقُّ وَلَدُهُ. وَفِي الْعَرَبِيِّ يَنْكِحُ الْأَمَةَ: لَا يُسْتَرَقُّ وَلَدُهُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَتُهُمْ
