أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَتَّابٍ، ثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ هُوَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَرَضَ فِي كُلِّ سَبْيٍ فُدِيَ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ سِتَّةَ فَرَائِضَ، وَأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْضِي بِذَلِكَ فِيمَنْ تَزَوَّجَ الْوَلَائِدَ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ
