وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا الْقَاضِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، ثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَزْهَرَ قَالَ:

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ، وَهُوَ يَتَخَلَّلُ النَّاسَ يَسْأَلُ عَنْ مَنْزِلِ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، فَأُتِيَ بِسَكْرَانَ قَالَ: فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِمَنْ عِنْدَهُ: اضْرِبُوهُ ". فَضَرَبُوهُ بِمَا فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ قَالَ: وَحَثَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ التُّرَابَ. قَالَ: ثُمَّ أُتِيَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ بِسَكْرَانَ قَالَ: فَتَوَخَّى الَّذِي كَانَ مِنْ ضَرْبِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ؛ فَضَرَبَ أَرْبَعِينَ
