أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتُوَيْهِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُسْلِمٌ، وَأَبُو عُمَرَ قَالَا: ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَلَدَ فِي الْحَدِّ بِالْجَرِيدِ، وَقَالَ أَبُو عُمَرَ: ضَرَبَ فِي الْخَمْرِ بِالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِ، وَضَرَبَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ أَرْبَعِينَ، فَلَمَّا أَنْ وَلِيَ عُمَرُ ؓ قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ دَنَوْا مِنَ الرِّيفِ، فَمَا تَرَوْنَ فِي حَدِّ الْخَمْرِ ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ؓ: نَرَى أَنْ تَجْعَلَهُ كَأَخَفِّ الْحُدُودِ. فَجَلَدَهُ ثَمَانِينَ
