أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُوَقِّتْ فِي الْخَمْرِ حَدًّا. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: فَشَرِبَ رَجُلٌ فَسَكِرَ فَلُقِيَ يَمِيلُ فِي الْفَجِّ فَانْطُلِقَ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَلَمَّا حَاذَى بِدَارِ الْعَبَّاسِ انْفَلَتَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَى الْعَبَّاسِ فَالْتَزَمَهُ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَضَحِكَ، وَقَالَ: فَعَلَهَا ؟ ". ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْمُرْ فِيهِ بِشَيْءٍ
