حَدَّثَنَا ) الشَّيْخُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ سَهْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، ثَنَا الْإِمَامُ وَالِدِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحَرَشِيُّ، ثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ ". قَالَ: وَضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النُّعَيْمَانَ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ، قَالَ: فَرَأَى الْمُسْلِمُونَ أَنَّ الْحَدَّ قَدْ وَقَعَ حِينَ ضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ
