( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقَيْلٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِي الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ بِهَا، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا: ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ
