( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ ابْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
