( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الدَّوْلَابِيُّ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
