أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِفَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ تَعْلِيقَ يَدِ السَّارِقِ فِي الْعُنُقِ أَمِنَ السُّنَّةِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ؛ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَطَعَ سَارِقًا، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِيَدِهِ فَعُلِّقَتْ فِي عُنُقِهِ
