أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ دَاوُدُ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَضْرِبُ إِمَاءَهُ الْحَدَّ إِذَا زَنَيْنَ؛ تَزَوَّجْنَ أَوْ لَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْنَ
