وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِحْصَانُ الْأَمَةِ دُخُولُهَا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَإِقْرَارُهَا إِذَا دَخَلَتْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَأَقَرَّتْ بِهِ ثُمَّ زَنَتْ، فَعَلَيْهَا جَلْدُ خَمْسِينَ
