( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ حِكَايَةً عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هَارُونَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ قَضَى بِالدِّيَةِ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا
