( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ:

إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الدِّيَةِ الْكُبْرَى الْمُغَلَّظَةِ بِثَلَاثِينَ ابْنَةَ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ خَلِفَةً وَقَضَى فِي الدِّيَةِ الصُّغْرَى بِثَلَاثِينَ بِنْتِ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتِ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بَنِي مَخَاضٍ ذُكُورٍ
