( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا النَّضْرُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَعَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ: أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ قَالَا:

دِيَةُ الْخَطَأِ ثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ لَبُونٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتُ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ
