( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ: ثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ مَخَاضٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةٌ وَعَشْرٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ".
