( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَالِكٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يَقُولُ: الدِّيَةُ لِلْعَاقِلَةِ لَا تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا حَتَّى قَالَ لَهُ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا. فَرَجَعَ عُمَرُ
